Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment announces that office records show tenancy rights for Shop Nos. 1 and 2 at Anwar Chowk (Main Shop), Wah Cantonment, were in the name of the late Faiz-ur-Rehman (son of Raja Noor Muhammad Khan), who died on 2007-09-17. Succession certificate No. 89/26 dated 06.09.2026 names legal heirs, including Muhammad Zia-ur-Rehman, who have applied to have the tenancy rights transferred into their names.
Any person or institution with an objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Cantonment Board Wah office within fifteen (15) days of this notice’s publication; otherwise proceedings will continue and subsequent appeals will not be accepted. Issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment.
