KP-RIISP Requests for Bids — Sanitation Schemes Jamrud & Bara (Two-Envelope, Small Works)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment & Institutional Project (KP-RIISP), Project Implementation Unit, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project is financed by the World Bank and procurement will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids (two-envelope bidding process) for construction of two sanitation schemes in District Khyber.

Key dates and requirements:

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-25 at 11:00 hours (PST).

- Deadline for submission of bids: 2026-11-15 at 12:00 hours (PST). Bids will be opened on 2026-11-15 at 12:30 hours (PST).

- Bidders must submit bids in two sealed envelopes and provide bid security as specified above.

- Bidding documents are available from the Project Implementation Unit on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 15,000 per set.
