Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd (Ship Repair Division) invites sealed bids (technical and commercial) from subcontractors experienced in marine vessel repair, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, for ship repair jobs under Order # CSR-10219.

Bid documents, containing specifications, terms and conditions, bid security, bid validity, opening and evaluation procedures, performance guarantee and related information, are available at the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW. Price of bidding documents: Rs. 3,000/= (non-refundable) as per Rule-23(5) of the Public Procurement Rules-2004, as amended.
Submission deadline: Bids (technical and commercial) must reach the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by 2026-11-10 at 11:00 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs. Commercial offers of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be intimated by KS&EW.
KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Clause-33 of the Public Procurement Rules-2004.
