EOI: Consulting Firm for Strengthening Early Childhood Education CPD — GRADES‑Balochistan (Project P50712)

Project Management Unit, Balochistan Education Support Project invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms to provide technical support to strengthen Early Childhood Education (ECE) Continuous Professional Development under the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES‑B) Project (Project No. P50712).

Mandatory eligibility and key qualification highlights:

• Valid firm registration and tax registration.
• Minimum average annual turnover over the last 3 years greater than PKR 40 million.
• At least 10 years' experience in the education sector, with required experience in teacher training, continuous professional development (CPD), ECE or curriculum/module development.
• Experience developing classroom observation, teacher assessment or training assessment tools.
• Experience working with government education departments, PITE‑type institutions or development partners; experience in low‑resource, rural and multi‑grade contexts (Balochistan) is an advantage.
• Written commitment/availability of proposed key experts for the assignment duration and demonstrated experience in training master trainers/lead trainers and developing practical ECE teacher training materials.
