Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Ministry of Commerce, invites sealed bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for services during the Food and Agriculture Exhibition (FoodAg2026) at Expo Centre Karachi from 23–26 November 2026.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS website (vendors.epads.gov.pk). If documents are downloaded, bidders must submit a pay order of PKR 1,000 with bid submission. Technical and financial submission and opening procedures follow PPRA rules as noted below.

Note: For Services at S.No. 1 & 2, technical proposals will be opened first; only technically qualified firms will have their financial proposals opened in accordance with PPRA procedure. Each financial proposal must be accompanied by a bid security as specified. For S.No.3 a single sealed proposal is required. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process in accordance with procurement rules.
