Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders who download documents must submit a pay order of Rs.1,000/- on submission of the bid. For Lots 1 & 2 technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals must be submitted as specified and both envelopes sealed separately. Lot 3 requires a single sealed proposal. Bidders must include bid security as specified and follow PPRA procedures. Bids must reach the indicated office before the closing time; openings will occur on the same day as listed.
