Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (Ministry of Commerce) invites sealed bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for services required to support the Organization of Global Cuisine Show, Car Rental Services and Supply of Miscellaneous Items for the Food and Agriculture Exhibition (FoodAg2020) to be held at Expo Centre Karachi from 23–26 November 2020.

Bidding documents with details of each service can be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders who download documents must submit a pay order of PKR 1,000 on submission of bids. For packages that require two-stage evaluation, technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later in accordance with PPRA rules. Financial proposals must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
All bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must reach the indicated offices before the closing time; bids will be opened on the same day as per the times mentioned above. The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
