Issuer: National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur. Tender No. TU-5107-2026 invites sealed bids from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for supply of shields, bags, suits, wallets, cutlery, carpet and related items. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure; complete tender documents available on PPRA website.
Submission deadline: 23 October 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours. Delivery for NRTC Haripur. The tendering process will be carried out through EPADS 2.0.
Key conditions: Price must be quoted in PKR; mention prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on the closing date to NRTC Haripur. Bid security: Rs. 100,000/- in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. Attach financial health of the firm (Ref Form #4). Provide samples of each item with the technical bid. Bid validity: 120 days. Warranty: standard warranty. NRTC may reject all bids as per PPRA Rule 33.
