National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur invites sealed bids against Tender No. TU-5107-2026 from reputable firms/distributors/suppliers for supply of the following items. Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Delivery: FOR NRTC Haripur.

Submission and bid conditions:
- The complete tendering process shall be carried out through EPADS 2.0 version. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded via EPADS 2.0 and the hard copy submitted physically on the closing date to NRTC, Haripur at the address given in the tender notice.
- Bid security: Rs. 100,000/- in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur.
- Price to be quoted in PKR. Price inclusive and exclusive of taxes must be mentioned separately. Supplier must be an active taxpayer or the bid will be treated as cancelled.
- Financial health of the firm must be attached (Ref Form #4). Samples of each item must be provided with the technical bid. Warranty: Standard warranty. Bid validity: 120 days.
- As per PPRA Rule 33, NRTC may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Deadlines and opening:
- Bids must reach the office of the undersigned up to 23 Oct 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day.
