Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (Ministry of Commerce) invites sealed bids from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for services required during the Food and Agriculture Exhibition (FoodAg2026) to be held at Expo Centre Karachi from 23–26 November 2026.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS website (vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders who download the documents must submit a pay order of PKR 1,000 along with their bid. For services listed at serial numbers 1 and 2, only technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later as per PPRA rules. Financial proposals must include the prescribed bid security. For serial number 3, a single sealed proposal shall be submitted.
All bids must reach the indicated office/desk before the stated closing times. Bids will be opened on the same day as the closing time at the times specified above. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel the bidding process in accordance with procurement rules.
