Military Engineer Services (GE (Navy) Maintenance), Islamabad invites applications for prequalification of firms/contractors up to 15 October 2026 for various civil, electrical, mechanical, furniture and maintenance works under GE (Navy) Maintenance Islamabad in accordance with PPRA Rules.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES in category 'E' or higher, or enlisted with other Government Departments with relevant experience, may apply. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with renewal for 2026-27 to be eligible for issuance of tender documents.
Prequalification submission requirements include: details of similar works executed during the last two years and ongoing works (including sponsoring agency/client, contract amount, completion period, completion date, progress percentage, performance report), list of movable & immovable assets, personnel (skilled/unskilled), machinery/equipment, bank statement, GST registration, NTN certificate, and other credentials.
Prequalification documents can be obtained from GE (Navy) Maintenance Sector, E-8, Islamabad. Tenders (after prequalification) are to be received at GE (Navy) Main Sector E-8, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 2026-10-23 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors may witness opening of tenders. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA Rules.
