| Qualification | Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ICMA, ACCA, ICAEW) OR Master's degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or equivalent. |
| Experience | Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, financial reporting and internal financial controls, including at least 7 years in senior finance leadership roles in reputable large public sector or corporate organizations. |
