Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (PPCBL) invites applications for the position of Head — Project Management & Transformation (1 post) based in Lahore. The role requires senior project and transformation leadership to drive centralized oversight, portfolio management and delivery of transformation initiatives across the Bank.

Key responsibilities include leading centralized oversight of critical projects and transformation initiatives, establishing standardized project management frameworks and controls, end-to-end tracking of timelines, budgets and risks, resource allocation, developing dashboards and reports for senior management, ensuring benefits realization and alignment with business cases, resolving cross-functional dependencies, stakeholder engagement, regulatory and internal control adherence, and building high-performing project teams.
