Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids for 15 road rehabilitation, construction and improvement works under PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement rules. Bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate.
Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts or Bank Guarantees. Performance securities and other conditions will follow Punjab e-Procurement and PLGW Rules. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids and will not be bound to accept the lowest bid.
