Issuer: Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh. Procurement of 15 road rehabilitation, improvement and construction works under the District Council schemes. Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may submit e-bids. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in prescribed instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft) is required. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk) using the single-stage single-envelope procedure. Bank guarantees are not accepted.
