Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 0900 hrs. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs. A two-envelope procedure is required: Technical and Commercial quotations must be separately marked and enclosed in a single outer envelope.
Eligibility & conditions: Only General Sales Tax (GST) registered suppliers/firms may submit tenders. No advance payment will be made; payment will be subject to acceptance of the item by the user activity. Rates must remain valid for up to 90 days. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with assigning reason.
