Request for Bids: Digitization of Revenue Records and Unrecorded Mutations (PULSE, Punjab)

Issuer: Project Management Unit - Board of Revenue under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Government of the Punjab. RFB No: PK-BOR PUNJAB-569885-NC-RFB. Credit No: 7041-PK.

Purpose: Procurement of non-consulting services for digitization of revenue records and assistance for unrecorded mutations / khewats for consolidation and remaining revenue mauzas in Punjab (lot-wise).

Bidding procedure: National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Single-Stage One-Envelope, in accordance with the World Bank’s "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (November 2020). Bidding documents are in English and may be downloaded from https://pulse.gop.pk. Electronic bidding is not permitted; late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at the address below in the presence of bidders’ representatives.

Submission deadline: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 a.m., 2026-10-29. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security.
