Prequalification Notice — 5th Buildings Division Lahore for Revamping and Construction Works

Issuer: 5th Buildings Division, Lahore (Notification No. SOH-I(C&W)1-49/2023/3652 dated 26.05.2023). Prequalification is invited from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026–27 with proven experience in executing similar public-sector works. Registration and submission are through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal only; manual submissions will not be accepted.

How to apply: Obtain the RFP / prequalification documents and submit required documents via the Punjab E-Procurement Portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Documents and evaluation criteria are also available on the Punjab PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). All interested contractors must register on the E-Procurement Portal to be eligible.

Important dates: Prequalification documents must be submitted on the E-Procurement Portal by 2026-10-20 (closing office hours). Requests for information/details may be obtained until 2026-10-17. The advertisement was published on the PPRA website on 2026-10-03.

Other notes: The evaluation committee reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications under PPR Rules 2014 (with up-to-date amendments). Pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.
