After online submission, download the bank challan generated and deposit Rs. 2,500 (non-refundable) in HBL A/C No. 1439-79013279-1 titled "PUMHSW Other Receipts Account". Attach the original paid challan and submit printed application form with required documents to the Office of the Director HRM, PUMHSW (SBA) via courier (Certified Mail/Courier Service) by the closing date.
Documents required include application form, CV, recent passport-size photographs, photocopies of degrees/certificates, domicile, CNIC, registration certificates, experience documents, and publications where applicable. Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted. Age limits and quotas for women, minorities and persons with disabilities will be observed as per Government of Sindh policy. No TA/DA will be paid for tests/interviews.
