RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of Left Promenade, Lahore

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTO) procedure from eligible contractors for infrastructure development works on the Left Promenade in Lahore.

Payment terms: Payment for executed works shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidding procedure shall be in accordance with RUDA procurement regulations. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders; each bidder shall submit only one bid either individually or as a partner in a joint venture.

- Interested bidders may obtain and inspect the bidding documents from the Office of the Executive Director Engineering Wing, RUDA. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased after five (05) working days from the date of advertisement upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/-.

- Bid security shall be in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter-guarantee acceptable to the employer and valid for the bid validity period.
