Public Hearing Notice: EIA for Master Plan of Lahore Division 2050

Issuer: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Punjab in coordination with Lahore Development Authority (LDA). Purpose: Notice of public hearing for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for the Preparation of Master Plan for Lahore Division — 2050.

The EIA report is available for access, downloading and review at EPA Punjab's e-Library and at the Office of the Deputy Director (Environment), EPA Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur & Nankana Sahib. Stakeholders, affected communities, experts and other interested persons may submit comments for/against the grant of Environmental Approval.

Online participation: A Zoom link is provided for online attendance: https://zoom.us/j/meeting/92280204162. Online participants are requested to follow the standard operating procedures and are encouraged to review the EIA report and submit queries/comments ahead of the hearing. During the hearing, participants may use EPA’s e-Library comment box and must include full name, residential address and email ID with comments.

Submission of written comments: Comments may also be submitted in hard copy to the Director EIA, EPA Punjab, Green Building, 27 College Rd, Block H, Gulberg 2, Lahore. Comments must be submitted within a period of 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
