Pakistan Railways Invites e-Bids to Outsource Five Schools (Public‑Private Partnership)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore invites e-bids for outsourcing five Pakistan Railway managed schools under the Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) model. The concession period is 30 years including a 2‑year mobilization period. Eligible bidders include reputable national firms/companies/Joint Ventures, individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, private limited companies and individual consultants with relevant experience in the education sector. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List.

E‑bids must be submitted through the ePADS v2.0 vendor portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Procurement will follow Disposal of Public Assets Regulations‑2024 and bidding documents (RFP) are available from the issuing office. Manual bids will not be accepted.
