Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of public assets (waste computer paper). Bids are invited for specific lots of used white paper and pre‑printed computer stationery located at PESCO regional stores. Bidding and submission will follow PPRA rules and EPADS procedures.

Important terms: Bidding will be conducted online through EPADS v2.0 on an "as is, where is" basis in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security (Pay Order/CDR) must be uploaded and the original submitted to the Manager (Disposal) before bid closing. Manual/physical bids are not acceptable. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be considered for acceptance subject to approval. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules. Grievances will be handled by the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC). Tender documents and details are available on the PPRA and PESCO websites.
