PAFDA Tender: Supply & Installation of Stainless-Steel HVAC Ducting System, Lahore

Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement and installation of a stainless-steel ducting system for HVAC at the PAFDA Building on F.O.R. basis at PAFDA Office, Lahore.

Eligibility & conditions:

- Bidders/suppliers must be registered with tax departments and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS).
- Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) valid license in category C-6 or above is required.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through PEPS using the PDF Upload method. Physical financial instruments (CDR, PO, BG) will not be accepted; bid security must be submitted electronically through PEPS at 2% of the estimated cost.
- Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding, Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission & opening:

- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or the PPRA/Punjab website.
- Complete e-bids and required documents must be submitted via PEPS by 2026-10-14 up to 10:30 AM.
- Electronic opening of bids: 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, PAFDA Building, Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore. Bidders or authorized representatives may attend (authorization letter required).
