RUDA Invitation for Bids — Left Promenade Infrastructure Packages

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for infrastructure development of the Left Promenade. Bidding is open to eligible contractors as per RUDA procurement regulations.

Payment Terms: Payment for executed works shall be made on 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with terms and conditions set out in the Bidding Documents.

Key Conditions:

1. Bidding procedure shall be in accordance with RUDA procurement regulations (as amended). In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and Bidding Documents, the provisions of the Advertisement will prevail.

2. Bidding is open to eligible bidders. Each bidder shall submit only one bid either individually or as a partner in a joint venture.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the Bidding Documents from the Office of the Executive Director, Engineering Wing, RUDA at the address below.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount mentioned above in PKR in the shape of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer and valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased after submission of written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of bank draft.

6. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the office is closed on the scheduled day, the submission/opening shall be held on the next working day.
