RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of River Ravi LRT Promenade (RD 00+000 to RD 49+000)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for infrastructure development works on the River Ravi LRT promenade. The scope includes construction of carriageway, embankments, electrification, drainage, ancillary works and related infrastructure as per approved specifications.

Key terms and instructions:

Payment for executed works shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with bidding document terms. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with RUDA procurement regulations (amended 2012). Bidding is open to eligible bidders; each bidder may submit only one bid, either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of the amount specified above in the form of deposit at call or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan (valid 28 days beyond bid validity).

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 25,000. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the bid submission date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Interested bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire bidding documents from the Office of the Executive Director, Engineering Wing, RUDA.
