RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of Ravi Left Promenade (Two Packages)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the infrastructure development of the Left Promenade along the River Ravi. Scope includes construction of a three‑lane dual carriageway on the proposed upper promenade, embankments, electrification, drainage and ancillary works in accordance with approved specifications and standards. Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis as per the bidding documents.

Key conditions: bidding shall follow RUDA procurement regulations (2012 as amended in 2016). Bidders must be on the eligible Contractors list and each bidder may submit only one bid, either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. Bid security shall be furnished as a Call Deposit or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or by a foreign bank counter‑guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. Bidding documents are available for purchase and submission details are in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the scheduled dates.
