RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of Left Promenade (Two Packages)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for infrastructure development works on the Left Promenade. Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with the bidding documents.

Key conditions:

- Bidding will follow RUDA procurement regulations (as amended in 2026). Each bidder may submit only one bid, either individually or as a JV partner.

- Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in PKR. Acceptable forms are Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan (counter-guarantee by a scheduled bank in Pakistan required for foreign bank guarantees). Bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.

- Complete bidding documents may be purchased after five working days from the date of advertisement upon written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- by bank draft in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority.

- Bidding documents can be inspected and obtained from the Office of the Executive Director, Engineering Wing, RUDA Sub-Office, 5-C Muslim Town, Ferozepur Canal Road, Lahore.
