Bidding documents can be obtained from the Alkhidmat Foundation Head Office (HOD Procurement, Works) on non‑refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 (Large works) and Rs. 3,000 (Small works). Separate bids are required for each work; combined bids for more than one work will not be entertained. Bids must be submitted to the Procurement Office at Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, 3 KM Khayaban‑e‑Jinnah, Lahore, by 02:00 PM on 2026-10-24. Bid opening will be held at 02:30 PM on 2026-10-24 in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
Pre‑bid meeting for technically qualified bidders will be held on 2026-10-10 at 02:00 PM at the same address. Site visit, if required, will be arranged on a later date as decided by the bidder.
