Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. (Ship Repair Division) invites sealed Technical and Commercial bids from subcontractors with marine vessel repair experience and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for ship repair work under Order # CSR-10219.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security, bid validity, performance guarantee and submission procedure are available from Ship Repair Division, KS&EW. Price of bidding documents: Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) as per Rule-23(5) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
Submission deadline: 2026-11-10 by 1100 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hrs; commercial offers will be opened later in the presence of only technically qualified bidders on a date to be intimated by KS&EW.
KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Clause-33 of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
