Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids (through EPADS V2.0) from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors for single-stage, two-envelope National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rate contracts for electrical and civil works for the 2026-27 year.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-21 at 12:00 PM in the office of Project Director (Construction), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Faisalabad. Submission deadline: 2026-10-26 at 12:15 PM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 12:45 PM. Bidding documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions and submission instructions are available on EPADS V2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with PPRA Rules 2004.
