Cabinet Secretariat, Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan) invites sealed e-bids from registered firms for the supply/provision of IT equipment and machinery. Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department and comply with e-bidding requirements.

Key submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS/eprocure portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) by 2022-11-02 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A call deposit equal to 5% of the estimated cost and required documents must be submitted through EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in favour of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad before closing hours of bid submission.
Additional conditions: Tender documents and detailed specifications are available on Invest Pakistan and PPRA websites. GST and vendor number must be clearly written on tender documents. Taxes and other government dues will be deducted as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids per PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
