Pakistan Railways Karachi Tender: Signal Portion (Phase-6) — New Link at GQM for Additional Train

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Karachi.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for SIGNAL PORTION (PHASE-6) including a new link at GQM for an additional train. Bids are invited under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.

Eligibility: Experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the categories specified by the tender and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate.

Submission instructions: Both technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Pakistan Railways e-Procurement system (EPADS) at www.epads.pak.gov.pk (EPADS version 2.0). The original bid security (in the prescribed form) in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer before the opening of the technical bid. Bids uploaded to EPADS must also be accompanied by the required physical documents where specified.

Completion period: Three months.
