Cabinet Secretariat — Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply/provision of IT equipment and related services. Bidders must follow e-bidding procedures and submit required bid security.

Eligibility & submission
Only firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department may participate. Electronic bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on e-procurement portals. Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted via the EPADS/e-procurement system in accordance with instructions. Original bid security instrument (call deposit @ 5% of the estimated cost) in favour of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad must be submitted to the office before closing hours; manual bids will not be accepted.
