Jhang Gymkhana Club, Jhang invites proposals from eligible, independent and experienced Chartered Accountancy (CA) firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for provision of internal audit services for the financial year 2025–2026. The engagement will be conducted in accordance with attached Terms of Reference (ToRs).

| Key Eligibility Requirements | Firm must be a Chartered Accountants firm registered with ICAP and currently eligible to practice in Pakistan; at least five (5) years of relevant firm-level professional experience supported by a list of comparable engagements in the last five years; prior experience in clubs, hotels, restaurants, hospitality, sports facilities preferred; firm must demonstrate adequate staff and capacity to complete the assignment. |
| Evaluation & Selection | Technical proposals will be evaluated first against published criteria in the ToRs. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently. The technical weight is 70% and the financial weight is 30%. The Club reserves the right to seek clarifications, reject non-responsive proposals, cancel or re-invite proposals and verify information submitted. |
| Submission Instructions | Submit Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in two separate, properly labelled sealed envelopes. Envelopes must be clearly marked: "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INTERNAL AUDIT FOR THE YEAR 2025-2026" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL INTERNAL AUDIT FOR THE YEAR 2025-2026". Also include one envelope marked "PROPOSAL FOR INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES OF JHANG GYMKHANA CLUB" for dispatch as required. |
