Issuer: Punjab Highways Department. Tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)‑registered engineering firms/contractors holding valid PEC licence for Financial Year 2026‑27 and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement Portal. Works are for road rehabilitation, reconstruction and new link/feeder road construction in the Jhang area under Highway Division Jhang, administered by the Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle No.2 Faisalabad.
Key instructions: Bid security equal to 5% of the Estimated Cost must be submitted through Digital Online Payment via the Punjab e‑Procurement System (BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Jhang.
