Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the Punjab E‑Procurement portal. Technical and financial bids must be separate, completed, signed and stamped in conformity with the tender documents.
Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E‑Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-26. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
Registration for e‑submission: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. For assistance with the E‑Portal contact: 1248. The PMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
