District Council Layyah invites sealed bids for providing and fixing street lighting from Ball Chowk/Kashmir Chowk to Kamila Chow Bypass Road within the limits of Municipal Committee Layyah through joint authority with MC Layyah.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Interested contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids online through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must include bid security in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favour of District Council Layyah (bid security: 2% of the bid).
