Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids for supply of rescue, winterize, rainy items and tarpaulins under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelopes).

Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax authorities where applicable and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
How to obtain documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PDMA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Submission & opening: Bids shall be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-10-30 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Other conditions: Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Samples of all items are required to be submitted at PDMA warehouse located near Jallo Park, Lahore, before the closing date. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules (NTN, PRA, and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided).
