Tender Notice: Supply of IT Equipment & Machinery for Invest Pakistan (Cabinet Secretariat)

Issuer: Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan. Sealed/e-bids are invited from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply and provision of the following IT equipment and machinery. Detailed specifications and bidding documents are available on e-procurement portals listed below.

Submission & Opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via the ePADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-11-02 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid Security & Financials: A call deposit/bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as per bid documents. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan, Islamabad before closing hours; cheques will not be accepted. Rates quoted must be valid until the close of the financial year (30-06-2027). Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. GST and vendor number must be clearly written on tender documents; tenders without GST and vendor number will not be entertained.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate.
