Public Notice: Sale Agreement for Plots 206–208 in TECH Society, Canal Bank, Lahore — Claims Within 7 Days

Haseeb Ahmad, Advocate High Court of Haseeb & Omer Law Associates, announces that his client has entered into an agreement to purchase Plots No. 206 (4,424 sq. ft.), 207 (7,504 sq. ft.) and 208 (7,202 sq. ft.) in Block B, The Engineers Cooperative Housing (TECH) Society, Canal Bank, Lahore, from Osman Habib Khan (7/16), Omer Habib Khan (7/16) and Mst. Musarrat Aman Ullah (1/8), heirs of the late Aman Ullah Khan. The sellers state they are in possession in accordance with their shares and will deliver clear title and vacant possession.

Any person, company, financial institution, government department or firm claiming any charge, interest, lien, decree, right or objection in respect of the properties must communicate such adverse interest in writing to the undersigned within seven (7) days of publication; otherwise the claim will not be entertained.
