Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites sealed bids for supply of winterize, rescue, rainy and tarpaulin items under Tender No. Winterize item/10/2026. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bidders must be registered contractors, dealers, firms, vendors or general order suppliers and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidding documents can be downloaded free from the PDMA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Response time will be calculated from the e-Procurement system.
Samples (or technical brochure for imported items) must be submitted to the PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park, Lahore before the bid closing date. Taxes will be deducted as applicable and NTN, PRA and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
Submission and opening schedule: Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-10-30 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-30 at 11:30 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
