Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Mandi Bahauddin. Single-stage, single-envelope e-tenders are invited for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program (ADP) 2026-27 from registered contractors on e-PA&S and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Estimates are prepared on the basis of MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost shall be furnished in favour of District Council M.B.Din and uploaded via the e-portal as per portal guidelines. Method of selection: least-cost. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Procurement will follow Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA rules. Tender documents will be opened at the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
