Eligibility Criteria: Price preference to goods offered on FCS in Pakistan basis may be considered if applicable in accordance with prevailing directives of the Government of Pakistan. To claim price preference as per SRO-827(1)/2001 (Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad dated 3 December 2001), the bidder must provide a valid Price Preference Certificate issued through the Engineering Development Board of Pakistan. FCS price will be considered as landed cost. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
