The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab invites e-bids for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of power backup supply (generator, solar system) and allied equipment (air conditioner, water dispenser and refrigerator) under the ADP Scheme “CM Punjab: Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase‑1)” for FY 2026‑27.
Bidding is through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP). A single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be paid in favor of the Tender document against a PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the e-Procurement system; the scanned copy of the deposit receipt/paid PSID challan shall be uploaded with the Technical Proposal.
