Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids on single stage single envelope basis from PEC-registered contractors with financial category C-6 or above and specialization CE-10 (Civil) & EE-04 (Electrical). Contractors must have a valid NTN and appear on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. Bids are submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADs).

How to apply: Tender documents are available free of cost at the e-procure portal and bids must be submitted through E-PADs (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Each electronic bid must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in the form of a CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore (name of firm/agency must appear on the CDR). The original bid security must be delivered to the Tender Box in the office of the Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways Lahore before the submission deadline.
Key dates & procedure: Bids must be uploaded on E-PADs and submitted by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-29. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the chamber of the Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways Lahore in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only bids submitted via E-PADs will be accepted. The administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
