Issuer: Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore. Pakistan Railways Lahore invites e-bids from valid PEC-registered contracting firms (financial category C-6 or above) with specialization code CE-10 for Civil Engineering Works and EE-04 for Electrical Works. Bidders must have a valid NTN and appear on the FBR Active Tax Payers List.
Tender documents are available free of charge at http://e-procure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS/E-PAKS) and accompanied by a scanned copy of bid security in the form of a CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore. The original CDR and other required documents must be deposited in the office of the Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. Bids must be uploaded and will be received until 11:00 hours on the closing date; bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 hours in the chamber of the Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways, Lahore.
