GCUF Faisalabad Tender: Supply & Installation of CCTV Cameras at New Campus

Government College University, Faisalabad (Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for supply and installation of CCTV cameras and accessories at the new GCUF campus.

Submission and bidding details: Tender documents must be downloaded and submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) before the closing time. Bids should be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System per the scheduled time. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) bidding procedure.

Requirements and conditions: All bids must be accompanied by refundable Bid Security at the rate of 5% of the estimated amount. A BOP online deposit slip must be attached with the tender in favor of Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificate, CNIC, and other documents mentioned in the tender documents must accompany bids. Firms must not be blacklisted. Taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.

Additional notes: Response time will be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA/ Punjab e-procurement website.
