Issuer: CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors/firms and issuance/submission of tenders for a range of coastal works and supplies. Pre-qualification applications due by 2026-10-26 1500 hours. Tender submissions must be delivered by 2026-11-04 1130 hours and will be opened on 2026-11-04 at 1200 hours.

Eligibility and submission requirements: Firms/contractors on the approved list of MES or other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate and bank statement. Firms not on MES approved lists must provide proof of registration with the appropriate department, a statement of financial standing with bank certificate, details of staff, tools and plants, and details of previous experience and works executed in the last two years and currently in hand as per the prescribed proforma.
Contractors not on MES approved lists or those suspended must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in acceptable forms (FDR, demand draft, pay order, etc.) in favour of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. The earnest money is refundable. Applicants who fail to provide the required information on the proforma will not be considered.
CMES (Navy) COMCOAST reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, and may request additional information from any supplier or contractor submitting a bid.
