District Council Muzaffargarh Invitation to Tender for Rehabilitation of Metalled Road (2026-27)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Muzaffargarh. The District Council invites electronic tenders for the financial year 2026-27 under MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 from Registered Contractors/Firms holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category.

Submission method and eligibility: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope). A Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically on the e-Procurement portal. No physical financial instruments (CDR/PO/Bank Guarantee) will be accepted. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIB/BOQ item and fully complete required rate analysis and summary pages; incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.

Key provisions: Current PPRA rules will be enforced. Submission of false information/documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting, with referrals to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Recovery adjustments for old material will be applied as required.

Deadlines: Bids may be submitted until 2026-10-29 by 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-29 at 01:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the Office of the District Council, Muzaffargarh.
